Paperless Dockets Fail to Upload or Progress

Follow these steps if paperless dockets fail to come through from Sales Force devices, or remain on the Warehouse Scheduler in Micronet with a status of On PDA.

For more information on the Warehouse Scheduler in Micronet, refer to "Sales - Scheduler".

  1. On the Warehouse Scheduler - Picking Slips tab, select FILE | REFRESH.

This is required because the Warehouse Scheduler does not refresh automatically.

  1. Wait 2-3 minutes for the application that processes this information to run.
  2. Repeat step 1 above.
  3. Stop and then restart the Data.Connect process by selecting ADMINISTRATOR TOOLS | SERVICES.
